About Noelle

Noelle Fowler, born in June 2016 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, is a bright and curious young girl who brings joy and laughter to everyone she meets. As the youngest of eight siblings born to Grover and Donnita Fowler, Noelle's infectious personality and big smile make her the heart of her family, earning her the affectionate nickname "The Glue" for her ability to bring everyone together.

Noelle's adventurous spirit and love for exploration have inspired her mother, Donnita Fowler, to create a series of Christian-based children's books titled "The Adventures of Ponytail Noelle." These stories encourage children to overcome their fears, pray, and share. Noelle and her mother co-authored their most recent book, "Why Can’t I Go," which is inspired by Noelle's natural curiosity and emphasizes the importance of heeding parental guidance, conveying a poignant message about a parent's unwavering love and protection.

Together, Noelle and her mother are on a mission to promote early childhood literacy and entrepreneurship. In addition to her love for storytelling, Noelle enjoys math, embracing each day as a new adventure full of learning and discovery.
