Refund Policy - the basics
Thank you for choosing The Adventures of Ponytail Noelle! Please read our no refund policy carefully.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. This includes but is not limited to e-books, downloadable content, books, and any other digital products.
Once a purchase is made and the product is delivered or accessed, it is considered a final sale. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, before making a purchase decision.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
