Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays. We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

For domestic shipping within the United States, standard shipping typically delivers within 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping offers delivery within 1-3 business days. International shipping options include standard international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-21 business days, and expedited international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, subject to destination country customs processing.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or shipping regulations. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
